I've been on both Royal Carribean and Carnival. I will never go on a Carnival cruise again.

I went on a Carnival cruise last year and that's the only one I've been on. The food was ****. If you drink much you better be prepared to spend some money. Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I wouldn't go again unless someone else was paying for it.

Also, it's a "family cruise" so they will get pissed at you for cussing and stuff like that, even in the casino. Pretty lame.

The best thing I discovered is that the end of May or beginning of June is a good time to go. High school graduates provide a little better scenery than the usual AARP crowd.

I've been on a couple of them, and I enjoyed both. I guess it depends on what you're looking for.

The accomodations are fine. The food is pretty good, but there's no 24-hour buffet.

The one you're looking at only has one sea day, so how bad could that be?

I would recommend it, but that's just me.

Some people love cruising and some hate it. Go on a short one like this so you can find out if you like the whole cruising experience before investing the time and funds into a longer and nicer cruise.
