Anyone have any experience ending a lease early? Experience with Chrysler?

I know if you stay with the same company they'll do it easily but I'm most likely going to get a Nissan either in November or wait till March when my lease is up

You basically are going to have to pay all the payments period. They will not let you out early. I know a man who died recently and his wife is stuck with a freaking Escalade lease for another 30 months. Their attorneys tried to get out of the deal, but no dice. They want their stream of cash flow. You can pay the payments and give them the car back. Your best bet is to sell the car, but I bet you cannot sell it for an amount that will cover the buy out. Funny how they always seem to keep them just upside down so you can never get out of it. Keep the car for another few months, give it back, start over.

There is some sort of program where you can pass the lease off to someone else and they have a website...sorry, but I don't remember what it is, but I'll try to find out for you.

my problem is that when i got this car they wanted me to take it so bad that the residual is so damn high that it will never be worth that much to buy. I guess I'll drive it through march
