I don't know much about limewire, but can you try to save another file using "Save as"? That should tell you where your files are going.

I guess I should be more specific - I know the name of the folder (C:Documents and SettingsOwnerShared) , but when I want to play music out of Windows Media Player, I can't find the folder. I went to MY Computer, then C:, but no Documents and Settings folder. Thanks for the help. Maybe I'm retarted

So, do you not know the pathway to the folder, or is it when you follow the pathway, the folder is not there?

Open Windows Explorer.

Tools -> Folder Options
View tab
Under "Hidden files and folders" check "Show hidden files and folders"
OK

By default, Win2K and XP keep you out of the Documents and Settings folder (except for My Documents) and many of the folders under C:Windows and C:program Files so you don't screw something up.

Edit: Ok, that probably won't work. Are you the only user on your computer?

Sorry, I didn't read your last post closely enough. Can you actually get to the folder if you are not using the media player? If you can, maybe you should just move the folder. If you can't, then perhaps it is someplace you are not allowed to go. Log on as an administrator, or resave the files, making sure they go to someplace accessible to you.
