Canine eligible for AARP wins Westminster Show

Oldest dog ever to win at Westminster, Stump, (forget what the breed is called) is ten years old, and was saved from some near-fatal malady, unspecified, at the aggy vet school five or six years ago. Quite a story.
I was surprised Stump beat out the rastafarian smiling Puli, that prancing cartoon dog, the Scottish deerhound, the personable poodle, and that handsome giant schnauzer, and even that smushed faced foo-foo dog which was highly regarded, whatever it was.
The reign of Uno has ended.

OK, I looked in the morning paper, and Stump is a Sussex Spaniel, whatever that is. He is a cool dog, though. Looks like a furry basset, somewhat. Has an air of not giving a damn about it all. Sort of the opposite of the hyper personality many of those show dogs exhibit.
