How do you get there? I have seen signs for it but never been. I live off FM1826 & TX45 now so it is likely a short drive.

Thinking of making a day trip and check it out.

It's about a 7 minute drive for you.

About the only thing you'll find interesting to do there is hang out by Onion Creek. I venture to say you could do all there is to do in about 30 minutes (granted, hanging out by Onion Creek & swinging from a rope is a fun way to spend some time, just not these days).

It's also a decent spot for out of towners to park their RV; I think they have something like a 5 day maximum so no long term residents are permitted.
