Ok, folks - Texanne, WorsterMan, wesser, and others - time to get it going. Biiiiiiiiiiiiig homestand coming up - three each against Seattle, Oakland, and Anaheim. If the Rangers want to make the playoffs, now is the time to stand up and be counted - need at least 6 of 9, including at least 2 of 3 against the Angels.

I have rechecked the last mojo recipe, and it still looks good - but I'm going to have to leave it with you folks. Mrs. HHD and I are heading out for a vacation (I need a break from work!) in Branson. So puh-leeeze keep the Ranger mojo brewing on Hornfans until I get back...

Worster reporting for Ranger zealotry duties... will be watching the game and pulling for the Good Guys vs. Seattle once the rain delay ends this evening.

Well HHD, the team is trying to postpone the games till later so you can see them all!!! Have a good trip. Cheering and rooting for the good guys will commence as soon as a pitch is thrown.

I'm in Denver, heading up to Laramie for the football game, but I am prepared to watch via iPhone. Won't be able to post much, though.
 
doubleheader Sunday, I heard someone say. That's good news. The Rangers are undefeated in Doubleheaders this year!

Get the brooms, win one today and both tomorrow.

Angels loss today was nice...they usually win those types of games, and it's about freaking time they lost.

Rangers on the other hand are down 3-0 at the moment...COME ON! At home, well rested, and Seattle just got ***** slapped in LA. The table is set...Rangers just need to take advantage.
 
We're hanging by thread, but not done yet. Frigging Sawx winning tonight. Am doing what I can do to keep the mojo up.

Leaving Monday for Africa for 3 weeks and will be casting my posiitive vibes from over there. Hopefully we'll see positive results.

Sorry, I let my zealotry down during my trip to Wyoming. Rangers needed both tonight. The damn Rays dropped their 11th in a row tonight. Considering the Red Sox have a chunk of that, their collapse might have finished us. We have fought the fight... every time it looks dark, the team has responded. I just don't know if we can survive losing a series to the Mariners with the way LAA and BOS are playing. I admit, faith is wavering.
 
Holland just hasn't had any good stuff in over 2 weeks. I think he is going to be very good but wow, the Rangers needed a couple of quality starts from him. It's not over yet!!!! (but it's getting more difficult)
 
Sweeping the Tribe and then the Mariners taking 2 of 3 - this is a blow - Rangers are running out of season to catch up to Boston - the good guys need a 5-6 game win streak while Boston goes .500 or below. Oakland is coming to town, but after losing 3 of 4 out there last time they played... well let's just say my zealotry is beginning to wane.

OMIGOSH!!!! My fault, fellow Ranger zealots. I left on vacation, thinking I had left the right mojo recipe. Evidently I left out the scoring ingredient, and it has cost big time. Mea culpa - now that I'm back from Branson (Mrs. HHD and I had a terrific time!), I'll rework the recipe. It may be asking too much - now they need a sweep of the Angels this weekend in order to have any chance at all. I'll work on the recipe and get back with you tomorrow.

HHD - while you and Mrs. HHD were off having a good 'ol time, the rest of the Zealots were back here on the front line getting rained on a lot and miserable with the play of the Rangers. Can you please add some extra run scoring spices & strike out elixher to your next and probably last batch of Mojo!?
