Callaway X-20 irons

I was just given a set of Callaway X-20's with steel shafts. I have been playing with some Ping i3's with graphite shafts. Anyone have any thoughts on the Callaway's? I read that they are "game improvement" clubs. What does that even mean?

I bought the X-16's years ago when they were the latest and greatest. They were tagged game improvement clubs then as well. My game has not improved. Its the Indian not the arrows most of the time.

Gaming Improvement clubs basically give you a bigger sweet spot and allow for more mis-hits. They don't offer as much shot shaping capability but for the average golfer they perform great.
