Anybody else get a beta key for this? I got one a couple of days ago and have become instantly addicted. Basically the game is CoD4 with some different perks, WWII related weaponry, vehicles and better graphics. If anybody else is playing the beta give me a holler. Gamertag: GoodGodsey

How does it feel compared to COD4? I'm a COD4 addict and am hoping it feels as good as that.

It plays EXACTLY like CoD4. I think they used the Cod4 engine as the basis of this game. The few multiplayer levels that are available pretty much kick *** in every way. Theres a map with a destroyed city that looks amazing. I was taking cover in a building when a tank drove by and it caused part of the roof to fall on me. As for rank ups and stuff it works just like Cod4. You unlock stuff when you get higher ranks, the challenges and the perks are all in there and so are custom classes. While the beta goes on it only lets you rank up to 11, but shows some cool stuff. It comes out next month and I bet it will end up being as big as CoD4.

It feels pretty much like CoD4, but it's back to WWII. Old submachine guns, leather parachutes, etc.

I'm sure I'll be getting it! I'm prestige lvl 7 now and still can't get enough COD4. I get other games and they sit there dormant until my son plays them. I'm only in the mood to play COD4.

With the glitch/lag fest that is Socom Confrontation, I expect a decent World at War game will quickly become very popular if it's as good as COD4... I'll be checking it out.

If they handle the multiplayer the same as CoD4 I'm sure I'll get it. I'm surprised more games can't get this right:

Easy to play in a persistent party - CHECK
Reason to compulsively play (Levels, new abilities / weapons) - CHECK
Well balanced maps - CHECK
Interesting game types - CHECK

Anyone know if you can split the screen in online play and have two people playing from the same console? I'm guessing no... would be cool though.
