Cajun Traffic Report

Was driving this morning in the Houston area to take my son to a cross country event. We were on HW 99 (outer loop) near Tomball going 75 mph when a Toyota with Mississippi plates passed us full of coonasses. They had the windows down at 80 mph. Must have left at 3 am this morning. They should be arriving around noon. Austin, consider yourself forewarned.
