Cabo / Todos Santos

GF and I are taking a week long vacation to Cabo and while there rent a car and drive up to TS. My question is, does anyone know of a nice hotel to stay 1 night at while there and any ideas on places to eat/see?
 
Posted previously....eat at the Santa fe Grill while in Todo Santos. Also, watch out for the wild burros on the ride up (and back).
