can anyone find any info on this guy? Mike LeJune 713-392-2795

he has left two cards under my garage asking for my wife to call him....pretty weird and I couldnt find any google info on him
 
Well, unless Mike's a magician and Vince4Heisman has xray vision, I'm guessing it was under the garage door.
 
yeah my garage door....thats what i was wondering too about a legal doc..

i found that too about HCC, but she never went there and I dont live any where near there or have anything to do with them so dont think its the same guy.....

anyone want to call him to see what he says? I dont want to call from one of my numbers...my wife did have a car accident about a year ago and my insurance company at the time did tell me the people were trying to file a lawsuit...but havent heard anything in months.....weird
 
There isn't any real reason not to see what he wants or to try to avoid service. Your wife WILL be served eventually and your going to have to deal with a suit (if that's what he's trying to serve) eventually anyway. If you find out what he wants, you might just find that he's trying to investigate someone else's issues.
 
I called the guy this AM(Mon). He said he needed your name to know if he left a card. When he answered the phone he didn't answer with his name or business, just "Hello". He said for you to call him and he'd discuss it with you. Sorry I couldn't get any more info. Good luck.
 
what, did you call and tell him "you left a card for 'vince4heisman's' wife"?

also, i agree with the poster who said to call him (if they're serving, they'll find you anyway), though i bet he's crooked as **** and you'll need to tell him that you know he's disbared and that he need not contact you or your wife again or you'll be calling the police (that is, if what he's doing is illegal... harassment??
i bet he's trying to scare up some money for the accident. probably already duped the other party....
 
just call with *67 to block your caller ID...doesn't that still work?

if he's got an investment idea for your wife (especially if it involves gold), please let us know immediately!
 
lol yeah i think it is kind of weird leaving his card under my garage door twice....his card only his name and his number, nothing more...

if he is disbarred, what could he possibly be doing? just working as someone who serves papers?
 
Leave a generic card with the number 28 written in Roman numerals under his garage. Maybe this is some sort of secret society initiation. How decent are your lock picking skills?
 
Yes, but it's frequently more expensive (clerk will charge you $50 to send a $4.00 certfied maling) and it's just not as much fun. Look at how the personal service attempts have sent the OP into a tizzy. Sometimes you want to do that.
 
lol he didnt send me into a tizzy...i just tossed his card away....just kind of creepy...but whatever.

The whole suit thing is a joke, my wife ran into the back of some pos car about a year ago..lady wasnt hurt and didnt want to ride in an ambulance but her husband showed up and made her...now all of the sudden she wants to say she is still injured...my insurance is handling it but I think its crazy this lady is going to get 30-40K out of them out of a accident on "main st" going about 15 mph..but hey thats why i have insurance
