Probably wouldn't affect Turners recruitment unless he makes an effort to speak negatively about KM or the BU program. But I'm sure it will make it much harder for them to cut into that DFW pipeline in the years to come.

BU is losing another ace recruiter in Rekha Patterson (Associate Coach/Recruiting Coordinator) per Baylorfans and twitter. She was a candiate for the Eastern Illinois HC job that went to Debbie Black, but looks like she resigned.
