Buenos Aires 'boliches'

In Buenos Aires, there are a few things you need to know-
1) "Boliche" = "Dance Club/ Disco".

2) Virtually everyone goes to these things on Friday & Saturday night.

3) They don't "get going" until around 3:30am or so.

I went to one called "Araoz"
tonight/this morning. It was on "Araoz" between Sante Fe & Güemes.

Well at one point some young lady (who I am SURE worked for the boliche) came out and started dancing on a corner stage thing in a tiny white button down shirt & red plaid skirt. (Well, it was so small it could hardly be called "a skirt".)

She ultimately took off the skirt and then the top. At that point she was dancing in a bikini. Then she stripped the bottoms and had a g-string on underneath. (Crazy body

Finally she whipped off her top and bared a beautiful pair of fake breasts. The security guards helped her off the stage immediately after this.

Later at night/ this morning, two more girls with close to no clothes and insane bodies & great grinding moves got up on the first girl's corner and another one and started dancing for several songs. (No nudity from these two.)

But anyway, this was the first time I've ever been to a dance club and a "titty bar" broke out. I'm thinking that it is a regular thing, so if that sounds like what you are looking for, I write down the location above.

Which boliche is it that looks sorta like the Sydney Opera House? It was insane. About 6 different areas which could be its own club all by itself. I think happy hour started about midnight. Crazy.

It was "Opera Bay". (R.I.P.)

It is no more. It is being dismantled to make way for yet another hotel/condo thing. There are only 3 bridges over to Puerto Madero EAST (este). For ONE YEAR, while they are building that new thing, there will only be TWO.

I was told by one of my students on Monday that last week, at 7pm, the line of traffic took an hour
to get through and over the bridge to the city. Losing a bridge is REALLY going to **** up those companies. It may be the only concentrated 1st world section in Buenos Aires, but it not planned very well.

I went there a few times on Wednesday nights when they had their "after work" nights that started around 8pm. (No jeans allowed on guys.) Well, they local guys practically rape the girls when they go up and try to talk to them.

They grab them, squeeze them, start kissing them, and then
try to ask them their name. I would walk away from my female classmates from my language school (American girls) and just watch them get swarmed by attacking piranas. Cracked me up.

The girls would look to me for help and I would say something like "You like my sister? She doesn't have a boyfriend."
