Need to find a caterer for my wedding reception. We were thinking light hors'dourves, but we would consider a sit down meal. I've been told restaurant catering is the way to go to save money...
Any suggestions? I'm waiting on a call back from Pappasitos for a fajita buffet. I don't think we want BBQ and frankly, I was a little surprised at how expensive Rudy's was. We've contacted 3 catering companies (not restaurants) and were blown away at how expensive they were.
Ideally I'm looking at $15 per person for the food.
