Brrrrrr

See that’s what you get for leaving Texas.

I guess it still snows here but rarely in the SE part of the state. How much did you get?

I have a great aunt living in a West Virginia holler with two feet of snow. She says she stays in the house because it's so beautiful she doesn't want to disturb the scene with footprints.

Actually, the snow is one of my favorite things about living up here.

I actually agree with this. I counted about 18-20 inches on top of my car, so I may not have gotten as much as you. (I'm in Madison.) It was annoying - our neighbor came over and cleared out the driveway for my landlady, but rather than doing the whole thing (which she's supposed to have done per my lease), he cleared her car off along with about a foot next to her, and shoved the extra snow up against my car. So I had a fun couple of hours shoveling that off.

They do a pretty good job of clearing roads, so really driving this morning was pretty easy. Does make you pull out the driveway more slowly, especially since you've got a five-foot snowbank on either side.

I didn't realize you live in NJ. Are you from up here, or did you emigrate from Texas like I did?
