Brown bag boredom

I was stuck too and have started making wraps. I get the ones H-E-B has in front of the deli. They have different flavors but I usually pick up the Rye ones as I am getting sandwich meat. Normally I start w/ mustard then add the meat we want (usually Turkey and roast beef), add some cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, some other dressing like italian and that's it. You can put in what ever you want. Today we had an avocado so I added a couple slices of that. I like that I can make the the night before. I didn't like making sandwiches the night before because the fridge makes the bread cold and soggy. With a wrap you can make as simple or as fancy as you like.

-same rut here as well.

Left overs from dinner help, unless you are like me and do not have any way to heat them. So I am also looking for good meals not requiring heating up.

I actually like the noodle cups, but since they have about a week and a half's dietary allowance of salt I try to avoid them. SA, what tortilla's work best for wraps?

Fire up the pit, bbq some chicken/brisket, whatever... keep it in the fridge and make every lunch a foil-wrapped feast of deliciousness.

salads can be great. That was going to be one of my suggestions. Here is one that is easy to do and tastes great.

Just a mix of field greens. Something with some bitter greens in it for sure. Then add some smoked salmon. You can buy this in a small pouch now even. A little bit of mixed Italian Cheeses. And top with Girard's Champagne dressing.
That really is a GREAT salad. Throw in a nice roll from the bakery and you have something that is a change up at least.
