Brody Trahan

50/50 chance Brody doesn't even start at QB for Dickinson next year. He got hurt midway through the season and Clay Honeycutt, 2010 QB, came in and led Dickinson to a better win %.
 
If he can get the crowd and kickoff team fired up like his brother, hell yeah give him a scholarship. Our kick coverage fell off quite a bit after Beau left.
 
I say good luck if he gets a chance to play QB somewhere, but I would love to see him in Austin.

Big brother was the most impactful (is that a word) non-return man special teams player that I can remember. Wow, that was a confusing sentence.
 
Brody doesn't have Texas on the radar. I work with Beau's wife. Baylor and Aggy high on that list. Already has an aggy offer, New Mexico State that is.
 
that was a mallrats reference, by the way. if he wants to play qb, our depth chart situation will probably send him elsewhere. if he wants to knock people out on special teams, come on down!
 
Should go to Baylor. I think that would be a good fit for a kid who probably plays with more heart than talent.
 
As good as older brother might have been on special teams little brother has to merit any scholarship offer on his own. When you have 85 scholarships there is little room for sentiment.
 
In his last regular season game as a Horn (in Collie Station), Beau jumped up after covering a kickoff, and tackling the return guy, and wildcatted (or whatever they call it) right in the middle of the field. Most of aggy in the stands didn't realize what was going on and the announcers certainly didn't pick up on it, but it was very entertaining.
