I imagine most nations if they can do spy or try to spy on others. I imagine merkel's gov't also tries to listen in the USA
But to have that knowledge thrown out so plainly and publically that Bo spied on so many after he promised he would be transparent and heal the rifts that evil Cowboy bush caused underscores what an inept clown BO is.
