Tragic. I actually visited the place last October (side trip from Lincoln) and it just looked shabby. They had arena football or some such nonsense playing in there.

RIP, Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium. The memories will live on.

Some fantastic memories visiting that place.

Staying at hotels just across river where could walk to casino when got back after games; parking at Catholic church down road for games; barhopping just outside stadium; going to zoo between games; and tailgating out in parking lot.

RIP Blatt you will be missed.
