What kind of pro potential does this guy have?

his hands are incredible. the way he can stay behind the ball is something i haven't seen at the forty acres in awhile. he is and will be a gap hitter. perfect #2 hole in the bigs, imo. his defense is average, but with one more year here, i could see him doing well in the minors soon and maybe if the breaks go his way, hit the bigs in 5 or so years. very high upside at the plate.
