Brake Wheel Hub Bearing Question

Every time I let off the brake it sounds like something is being depressurized or it makes a "Tsssssss" noise (Sorry for the elementary description of the noise but can think of a better way to describe it...

As for the wheel hub bearing question. I mentioned in another thread that I changed the front drivers side hub bearing. The grumbling noise went away, but there is a whistling noise that goes away after 60mph...thoughts?

Thanks,

It is easy to bend the brake dust shield, or backing plate, while working on the bearing. It could be just barely touching the rotor. Otherwise-something wrong with the brakes, or brake hardware out of place after working on the hub (?)
Did the bearing and hub come as one piece, or did it have to be pressed in there? It can be damaged by pressing it in if the person is not careful about it.

The hub bearing came as once piece. Is it possible that I did not do a good job of placing the caliper back on just right? Although I dont see how that would be possible when you got the two bolts holding them in its place and I did not remove the pads...

Yes, it is possible a brake pad shim was dislodged and is now touching something, like the rotor. Better jack it up, take the wheel off and take a look. Or first just spin the wheel by hand as see if you can hear the noise.
