My $0.02. Avoid Just Brakes. If you don't have a mechanic you trust, price shop the major shops like Pepboys, Goodyear, Firestone, Midas, etc. They will all do the same work and have the same guarantee. Check their websites for coupons too. I was in the same boat as you just last week and ended up having Firestone do the work because they had a coupon online for $30 off brake service.
Any independent shop that works on your kind of vehicle also does brakes, and probably has a technician certified to do brake work, and hopefully will honestly tell you what is really needed-some of the big chains will try to sell you every related part to pad the invoice, especially the ones that advertise low cost brake jobs.
Stay away from the chains including Firestone, Sears, Pep Boys, Just Brakes, Midas, etc. They will virtually all try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. In addition, most of the mechanics at those places are on the lower end of the skill range. Find a good independent shop that will do your brakes and use them for future repairs. Develop a good relationship with the owner and you'll have a shop you can trust to treat you right and perform quality repairs. In Austin, the independent shop I've happily used for years is affiliated with NAPA so you might check their site for shops that they qualify.
One last point if you're having difficulty identifying an auto repair shop now or in the future. Look for shops where the techs are ASE certified and you will at least know the shop is committed to training. You can also request that the tech who does your brakes is ASE certified for brakes. Search for ASA shops with qualified techs here.
