Bowls vs Playoff?

Ok, so one of the biggest complaints out there regarding a playoff system is that fans would not travel to see a playoff game and stadiums would be bare. Well, so far the fist few games of the bowl season have shown me that fans don't already travel so what is the difference? Ok, so you have 30+ bowls out there and more than half will be 1/4 full for 1 day. A playoff would perhaps end up with less stadiums used but I would think that the crowds would be bigger per game. Nothing like seeing a 60k stadium with 3/4 of it empty.

Every single argument the anti playoff people throw out there is just plain stupid. They ought to be embarrassed even trying to argue it.
