I didn't think this had been posted, but if it has then it can be deleted. It's ironic because last night I was reading another Bowen is a Dirty Player post war on here. I don't think you should lose your consecutive games played streak over a suspension. It's not like you were injured.

The NBA should donate his missed game check to the Huckleberry Charity Fund.

I think it's funny how everyone claims he does much worse, yet this is the first time he's been suspended. He didn't even make contact, it was the intent of the action that's being punished here.

BTW, the people who claim he does much worse are the crybabies of the NBA who can't stand it when someone actually plays defense (Carmello, Ray Allen, etc, etc.)

Actually, while I don't blame him for doing what he can get away with (it's perfectly okay because it helps his team win and that's what he's paid to do), his "real defense" isn't the reason he's an effective defender. His grabbing and shoving that he knows how to do without getting called is more of the reason. That's not real defense to me. Moving your feet, beating the man to the spot, help defense, maintaining your position, intelligence - these are the keys to real defense. Don't get me wrong, Bowen is good at these as well. But Bowen's overall brand isn't "real defense."

He is dirty. Everybody isn't making it up that he steps under people. Wilborne likes bowen, and he agrees that bowen steps under people. It isn't made up. And yes, he has done worst. They are paying more attention to his dirty tactics. I love to play defense, and I'll never talk bad about somebody for playing hard defense. But that fool is dirty.

seriously, which nba players have ever "whined" about bowen? carmelo, ray allen, and vince carter are the only ones. those guys whine about everything and are ******* on defense (esp carter). kobe has said multiple times that he loves playing against bowen because hes one of the leagues best. lebron had nothing but props for bowen after last years finals.

im not saying bruce is a saint or anything. but dont make it seem like every player he defends ends up crying about him afterward. its just the crybabies that get noticed more.

People are always crying about other people crying. Stop crying because many believe he is dirty. And the names listed, those aren't the only cats that have complained about bowen. Those are just the star names that were put out there, because of the altercations that occured. If you haven't played ball, or have no real concept of it. I can understand you dotn' knowing how dirty he is with stepping under people. And he has gone beyond that. I think he is a POSn myself. On PTI, they both said he does it. Why lie?
