I really couldn't care less about Botts at this point. I know his ABs have been limited to the end of last year and early '08, but he has done nothing with his opportunities in the bigs, however short a time frame that may be. Take a look at what Brandon Boggs and David Murphy have done in a short amount of time as well. I am not sure how their AB totals compare to Botts', but that is how you make a first impression. Botts shat himself in the pros and put himself in a position to be where he is today. BTW, I totally realize that Shelton, BB, and Cat are shi##y options as well. I am just talking about Botts not taking advantage of the situation in any way, shape, or form.
