what is interesting is how much the 2 the media was blasting all over as suspects or persons of interest this morning looked like the 2 the FBI now want
and they turned out to be a 17 y o runner and a track coach.
It seems like somehow the descriptions of the people the FBI were actually looking for, somehow the descriptions got out

and all the vids were screened until people found the track coach and the high schooler.
That is pretty frightening
that your whole life can be turned upside down so quickly

Surreal situaltion in watertown, Mass. Looks like the bmbers got cornored and they're trying to shoot their way out of it. One cop confirmed dead.

Lumping together Muslim extremists with right wing extremists is pretty interesting. From my perspective, it seems that those two groups don't like each other too much. Plus, I need some convincing that MIT and Brown are filled with right wing gun nuts. All we know now is that Sunil Tapathi wears Che apparel and is of Indian heritage. His religion is still not released.

Addendum I can't find any info on Mike Mulugeta - heritage or religion or rightist, leftist leanings.

At 3:00am it was stated that the perps were Sunil Tapathi and Mike Mulugeta. Now they are saying that it was two Chechnyans. What happened to cause the change?

Their uncle was on CNN about 30 mins ago. He said they grew up in Kyrgystan (not Chechnya) and moved here about 7 years ago (not 1 to 2 as reported earlier).

By accounts in the regular media, they were good students and accomplished athletes.

Edit: They are ethnic Chechens, but apparently the bombers were born in Krygystan after their parents fled Chechnya. Or so I can gather.
