Obama's cronies at the NLRB are trying to tell Boeing where they can't build another factory. Boeing wants to build this 2nd production facility in a right to work state, South Carolina specifically.

Wow ... this is kinda unprecedented.
 
That is sad if the article's implications are true. A company has the right to establish anywhere it wants (permits aside of course.)

However- it's a little bit of a stretch for you to say this is Obama's work and his 'cronies.' There are thousands of administrators- he doesn't chat to them all everyday and monitor every decision. Let's keep an otherwise interesting issue on topic instead of- I should hate Obama because..
 
Sorry, I apologize for the "slam". I had never heard of the NLRB before, so i thought this was something he created. i did find out he recess appointed two union lawyers to the board. there are 5 seats total.

It's absurd that they're trying so hard to keep Boeing from relocating. It's a PRIVATE company!

Do you understand what an appointee is? You can be appointed by someone- and then have autonomy. If you are a very bad performer- and depending on the unique circumstances of the board you are appointed to- then you may not be renewed or you could be asked to resign.(Heckova job, Brownie!)
There are multiple examples of other Fed appointees having autonomy once appointed- I'll leave that for you to research on your own.

And, if you think about it for 10 seconds- do you really think it is Obama himself, and thus another reason for you to tell us why we should hate him every single day here, that told all 5 members how to act on this specific issue? I really don't want your answer on this one.

You can continue to think there is no link between an Obama appointed person and a call for a court to force Boeing to build the new plant in a UNION location if you want.

Do you also think Obama has no vested interest in keeping unions happy? Do you remember how many BILLIONS unions and union members gave to Obama? Do you remember how Union leaders bragged about how much they gave?

But no no of course the Obama appointed lackey didn't bring this action so try to help the union.

And you're welcome to continue to speculate on new reasons to think the same way you've thought since 2007 about Obama.
 
I don't care to speculate in my head, based on zero information, which groups of citizens he values the most. You're the speculator here.
 
I would say that since Obama meets with Trumpka more than his cabinet, he has a vested interest in seeing that the unions succeed in this country at the expense of other americans and areas of the economy.
