6 years ago, Texas Legacy Support Network was formed to capture Longhorn Sports History in ALL SPORTS! TLSN mission is educational and historical with a compassionate component. The site is free to the public. It is our goal to celebrate those who created the Longhorn Brand. TLSN combines oral history, interviews, and Longhorn history books to tell these stories. If Longhorn fans do not know who we were, it isn't easy to know who we are. TLSN Has Built A Bridge To The Past To Remind All Longhorns That Heritage Shapes The Present And Inspires The Future. With the TLSN mission explained, the website celebrates the life of Longhorn brand builder Bobby Lackey who recently passed away. Bobby Lackey was the quarterback for the Horns in the late 50s under DKR.
