Bloody Mary Recipes?

I'm infatuated with the pepper infused Tito's that Trudy's makes for their Bloody Mary's. Has anyone tried to duplicate that or perfected a better Bloody Mary recipe they want to share?

I don't have any special recipe but here's how I like mine.

In a large glass...
Ice
Tito's
Juice of 1 Lime
Worcester Sauce
Celery Salt
Tabasco
Pepper
Spicy V8

Stir and add a little kosher salt on top.

a couple of thoughts.

1) Infuse your own vodka of choice with pepper

2) LOTS of Worchester is a MUST

3) Crystal's or Louisiana hot sauce instead of Tabasco. Better flavour to heat ratio. MUCH better.

4) I do prefer Tomato juice to V8, I must say, but it is a personal taste deal there.

Enjoy.

Skye vodka
Clamato
cayenne pepper
white pepper
a bit of crushed basil
squeeze of lime
tabasco
horseradish
oregano
cardamon.

Mix the night before. let marinade/ferment in the fridge.

Liquid Gold!

Vodka
Zing Zang
Two pickled green beans
Splash of juice from pickled green beans
Splash of worchestershire (the zing zang already has some)
Lime (optional)

I would imagine that pepper infused vodka can only enhance this recipe.

major peters mix
celery salt
tabasco
worchestershire
black pepper
absolut peppar vodka
lime juice

Has anyone ever infused their own vodka? A bartender said they soak bell pepper, jalapeno, shallots, and garlic in theirs. I was thinking of adding peppercorns in a pickling bag too and letting the vodka infuse for 2 days. Maybe some freshly grated horseradish.

the lime juice addition is also a HUGE winner. Other than that I do really like lemon juice added. I don't add lemon juice to a great number of things, but here is one application I think works well.

1) Tito's has been in SoCal for about 3 years. It's cheapest at Trader Joe's.

2) The best value for vodka is to buy Stoli's "Moskovskaya" brand and then filter it through a Brita filter about 5 times.

This is less than $10 a liter and can also be found at Trader Joe's.

3) The best priced vodka (potato) that you don't have to filter (and is great if you are allergic to gluten) is MONOPOLOWA. Also sold in the liter bottle at Trader Joe's and is much cheaper there than in liquor stores.
