dude. where'd that come from? Exciting to see another option out there. Especially with Malcolm Williams making some catches.
 
Yes, I have to agree on this one. He kept making me think of Thomas every time he caught a ball. Especially on the one that was thrown behind him. That one made me think of the very importnant Rose bowl catch he made to keep the drive alive.

I really like Irby. A great TE with great hands is such an asset.
 
He was ball hogging. On a couple of catches, I think I saw him break off his route and run 35 yards to get in front of the intended receiver to make the catch. And then he's all like, "What?"

Like some kind of super bad *** alien tight end with a light speed 40.

Unlike the rest of you, when Marshall went down I knew we would be okay. I thought it would be great to give Irby the nod. After watching him last year against OU, I knew he would be just what we needed. Y'all gotta have more faith in these guys.
 
No doubt Irby is the "Man" when it comes to TE's.

If Greg Smith, Mac McWhorter, Harris or Uhllman or a combination of these we might have at least two hopefully.

I think David Thomas changed his name to Blaine Irby.
This guy is going to be scary good and will be a major threat in the years to come.
Great to know that Colt has a posession receiver out there like that.
