Blackberry Sync Issue

I have a Curve 8320. My isse is that when I delete emails on the device they delete on my Outlook desktop but not vice versa. I am probably 50-50 btween my laptop and the device checking email. So on days that I am in the office, I get around 70-80 emails per day, the emails pile up on the device and eventually lock it up. How do I make it work in both directions?

Go to your messages, and click options.

Under options, go to "email reconciliation".

There is an option that says "On Conflicts".

Set it to "Mailbox Wins".

The only thing left in your message inbox will be text msgs.

Those are the settings that I had on. It still will not sync.

I have the same issue. Once its on your Curve its there until you delet it.

in Outlook or whatever you're using, select "Leave messages on server".

Isn't this the difference between IMAP and POP3? One syncs both ways, the other is only one way? I recall something like that when I set mine up.
