I have no clue what I'm doing witht this. I downloaded BitTorrent 3.4.2, and now I am lost (I am not exactly computer saavy). What do I do now?

go to a torrent directory site like suprnova.org, then click on the file. the bit torrent program you downloaded will know what to do from there.

How long does it usually take to download one show? It's taking me about a day on average, and I'd like to know if I can speed that up.

My router's old and doesn't appear to support port forwarding, so I used the DMZ setting to basically disable the hardware firewall and rely on the Windows XP firewall. A dangerous thing to do, but it sped up my BT downloads like a mofo. I also set the Windows firewall to open ports 6881 through 6889 which is supposed to help.
