Bill Stewart seems like he sucks

Terrible game and clock management on the last drive. Extremely predictable play calls and terrible use of time outs. With the athletes he has at his disposal, that was ridiculous.

It must be because he is in constant pain. Only constant, intense pain could keep that contorted expression on a man's face for an entire football game. Oh, and he does seem like he sucks.

He did appear to be in mental or physical anguish at times that were not appropriate to the current circumstances of the game. His head sure was not in the game at the end. Does he have some illness or other problems?

Couldn't agree more, filibuster, That game management was absolutely terrible. I know some people who lost money on that game, and Bill Stewart played a major part in that situation.

Rich Rod set the bar pretty high in Morgantown. Stewart's just passing thru, and yep, he does suck. Expect Skip Holtz to be getting a call from WV in the next year or two.

Skip Holtz will be somewhere else by the time West Virginia fires Stewart. They just signed Stewart to some long term deal and that's a program that doensn't have spare cash to buy out contracts.

They were actually going go interview Holtz and then West Virginia beat Oklahoma that night and they went and hired Stewart, whose lone qualification seemed to be he was from West Virginia. That's the thing about crackers. They make decisions based on emotions and sentimentality. They got all misty eyed thinking about a hometown guy coaching their homestate team.

Stewart is a rube who was the only coach Rich Rod didn't take to Michigan. His stint as head coach at VMI ended with making a racial slur after going 8-25. His stint at West Virginia will end very badly. After the current talent departs, the program will crater out to the point they're winning 3 games per year.

In his defense (no pun intended), Stewart didn't call the timeouts because he didn't want to punt and give CU a chance to score. Of course CU didn't have much of an offense the last 55 minutes of regulation.
