This is dollar Bill we're talking about here...he ran Nebraska's athletic program like a train wreck, and he's keeping his low standards up with agricultural. Why would it surprise you that he confuses a loan with "financial help"?

Maybe we could buy it up cheaply at auction, although I'm not sure what we'd do with it. Just imagine how galling it would be for the aggy faithful to have their archrival own their stadium, though.
