Bike Trailers for a child

Anyone have a good one? I've been looking at this one. It's pricey but has a couple of features that the cheaper ones don't have.

Recessed Helmet Pocket fosters ergonomic body position for a child wearing a helmet
Comes complete with a handle and brake for simple and affordable conversion to a stroller or jogger

This one looks good too.

Any suggestions?

Not necessary. She already has her own sled dog team.

I am getting something like that to tow my dog around behind me. I may just try to make one though.

It looks like the Yakima was 1st, followed by the Burley, then the relatively inexpensive Wike.

We bought a cheapo at Walmart 10 years ago for about $100 for our first kid. She (and the 2 boys that followed) made it just fine. In fact, our third child, now 20 months, is still riding in it from time to time. Lately he's been riding in the baby seat behind mom more and more.

i could not envision dragging my kid behind one of those. i would be scared to death. one car not payin attention and the kid is squashed. of course, there is nobody on the roads in alaska so it might be ok up there.

We've got plenty of bike paths. As for the Yakima, for whatever reason, they stopped making bike trailers. Surprising too because I saw another rating that had them at the top as well.
