Biggest, best high school combines/camps?

I hear these camps being mentioned all the time, but know very little about them. Does anyone have a handle on them?

There seems to be little information on recruits which are not sure-fire 4*-5* until after the combines/camps right?

I hear Nike, Under Armour, etc...I'm curious which are the biggest? Best? In Texas? In the country?

I'm assuming some are by invitation only?
