Big XII(-II) Tourney

Anybody have any idea what the tie-breaker is for getting into the tourney? If Tech sweeps Baylor and KU and KState split their remaining two (both of which are very possible), we would have 4 teams near the bottom at 10-17. OU probably can't win 2 against Okie State, so count them out. But then how do you pick one from the other 4?
