Borrowed a friend's BGE to cook some meat tomorrow. Anything tricky that I should know about??? I think that we are going to smoke some ribs, nothing special. Anything I should know about the fire? I have used a normal smoker before, just wanted to make sure that I shouldn't do anything out of the ordinary.
