So does the league go round robin in Basketball?

if it goes full Round robbin the North schools will never win another conference title

According to the press conference today we will play a 9 team conference football schedule with no championship game and home and home basketball schedules.

There are some fine traditions for basketball excellence in the North teams and fortunes wax and wane. With the right convergence of recruiting, any team in the conference could be a future champion..

Glad the uncertainty over conference realignment is over for now, but I'll admit the prospect of staying at the Valley River Inn in Eugene Oregon and meals at Jerry's Deli in Marina del Rey or on Olvera Street in Los Angeles were an enticing feature of an expanded Pac-10.

So the basketball teams will have an 18 game schedule? We will eliminate the conference tournament?

Doubtful if the BB tournament will be eliminated. No reason to do that. What will change is that FB will no longer have the championship game since there will be no divisions.
