Big 12 Prevails

Mizzou and Aggy looked like they would thumb their noses at the B12 as they played their final hoops season in the B12.

Instead, Mizzou embarrasses itself losing in the first round. Of course the Sheep Humpers doodied all over themselves not even making the Dance despite ginormous pre-season expectations. Their women also failed to defend their title by being unable to advance past the first weekend.

Then just for topping on the cake - Mizzou's rival KU will now play for the NC. Agg's rival Baptist Aggy will play for the women's NC and an undefeated season.

It's really nice to see the Big 12 not only stay strong throughout the basketball season but probably improve by ridding itself of lackluster teams.

And, WVU comes in next year with Huggy Bear, who was previously HC at KSU --- he'll hit the ground running next year and make for a good swap with Mizzou for the Big 12.
