There have certainly been others in recent years, but considering that it seems the majority of women players actually graduated, most probably make more money outside of the WNBA than they would continuing to grind it out. It is my understanding that those that played overseas actually were making more than those in the WNBA although it has been a few years since I had cause to look at the salary-related sections of the WNBA CBA...
