2023 Big 12 football schedule by team: Key games, dates as league welcomes four new members next season

Obviously it's not always clear which schedules are tough, but it looks like only 3 top-level opponents between the 14 teams: Texas @ Alabama, Oregon @ Texas Tech, and West Virginia @ Penn State. Then a few other potentially rough ones, UTSA, Arkansas, Missouri, Troy, Boise State, Utah.

But how about this list of stinkers: Tarleton, Long Island, Nicholls, Arkansas State, Central Arkansas, South Alabama, Sam Houston, Sam Houston again, South Utah, Eastern Kentucky, Missouri State, SE Missouri, Villanova, Kent State, Duquesne. Are we sure some of these teams aren't Division 2??

Utah's a good opponent for Baylor - didn't they win the P12 last year? No sure how they ended up on Baylor's schedule, which usually is all schools for the blind or handicapped.
