OSU (5-1) at A&M (3-2) on FSN at 12 pm—should be interesting
ISU (4-2) at KSU (2-3) at 2 pm
and the big one:
BU (2-3) at Texas!(2-3)—Go, Horns!!
 
Tech up 33-32 at the half. Pretty good game so far.

outside of the Austin area, I have the Tech game on DISH 451 and the feed shows to be FS Southwest.

United Center is scary empty, even considering that the weather up there sucks...
 
I mentioned this on another thread, but I've been told that women's attendance numbers are based on number of tickets sold and not actually the number of people that are at the game.

Yeah, like just about everyone else, they count tickets sold. We have a lot of season ticket holders and PSL owners who have given up.
 
Still....even though Tech lost....

I am way impressed with Smalls as a Frosh PG. She's not afraid of anyone. I just wish she had shot the ball a bit more. She had a lot of open looks, but didn't take the shot....confidence maybe????!!!
 
It isn't just WBB that reports based on paid ticket sales...many sports do it. It just becomes so much more obvious with college sports...

Sadly for Tech, the FT bug is what cost them that game. Granted, OU was on fire from the stripe, but TT missed more than half of their FT's...if they just shoot 75% from the line then they win the game.
 
forgot to follow the tech game. Sounds like they had a chance to win it. Wonder if LR fans will consider that as improvement?
 
riley sitting with 3 fouls and 7+ minutes to go in the first half. osu will need to get offense from others. 19-12 aggies. osu is really rebounding well the last few minutes.
 
OSU back in it. down 59-57 with 3:30 to play. Riley and Cunningham leading the way as usual....35 of the team's 37 points in the 2nd half!
 
wow OSU gets their first lead with 1:00 to play. up 63-61. A&M is giving Riley too much room to work with, and she's making them pay for it.
 
they did it!! a&m couldn't contain riley, even though she had 3 fouls at the half. osu 67 a&m 63.

big road win for OSU. came back from 13 down in the 2nd half. i'm really surprised that A&M didn't pressure Riley more. not much full court pressure and they gave her room to shoot the 3. Cunningham also contributed big time with offensive boards...definitely the difference.
