Thanks Dion. I'd thought gametime was 12 noon so glad you corrected me. Funny thing, when I spent hours hunting best prices Sat the seats were going right before my eyes. Missed all the $65 seats as I searched, still ended up in the "they look like ants" section but I'll be there.

Staying in S Arlington. What are the best transportation options to JW?

At this point, it appears to be a $60-for-SRO-and-up-for-all, but does anyone know what sections were allocated to The University?

Drive and park near rangers stadium usually 20 bucks for cowboys game it’s a walk but it will be cheaper than Uber. They also usually have people on those carts that will peddle you to the stadium from the farther cash lots, it’s like 10 buck per person

Now getting ready for UT's first Big 12 title game since 2009
Does it feel like longer than 2 years to you? The last 10 years feel like 20 to me

I understand donors/season tix holders got shut out, unless they ordered earlier in the season. True? Is SRO ticket a decent option at JW?

No SRO is not a good idea it is just like it says standing. No seat but a few tables if you are lucky enough to get there early but you move you lose. You stand in the endzone concourse or outside and watch the game from the screens and it can get really packed depending on the game. I think they said the schools only got 7000 tickets each which is crazy. I bought mine straight from seatgeek.

. Email from TexasSports said requests had to be made by Friday 11/16 but I forgot all about it and had an O-S?!+ moment when I woke up on Sunday morning after OkSt beat WVU. I logged in and put in my request. Got an email Friday evening after we beat KU that due to demand I was only getting 2 tix not 4 like I requested. So I would say no, if you followed the instructions and requested by 11/16 most would have tickets depending on donor level.

Fans attending this game @ Jerrah Whirled and used to the RRR - Cotton Bowl seating arrangement, with ou fans in the South end and Horns in the North end, are in for a rather odd game time experience.

Fans of both teams will be around a mix of fans around the stadium.

Edit: Just drink a lot of beer during the game and it will help you better tolerate the okie horde!
