Big 12 Champ Gates Open?

Does anyone know when the stadium gates will open? Will beer be sold inside the stadium? If so, will it be available to all ticket holders or just certain levels?

Yes on the beer...all levels. Not sure about gate times.

Cowboys Stadium told me gates will open at 5 p.m. and parking lots will open at noon.

Cowboys Stadium told me that the plazas would open at 4:00 and that they would likely have the SEC game on.

According to Cowboy Stadium, decision on roof has not been made. Was told to check back later in the week for a more definitive answer.

The roof is not what you worry about. It almost has no effect on light. The endzone doors are a lot bigger deal. They can change the temp and any possible wind, and even make the place downright noisy. With the forecast, I imagine it may all be closed.
