I came across this channel the other day when I went past the trash that is the network HD channels. Apparently you're going to be able to order old games and such. It's currently in the Free on Demand section...I hope it stays that way.

The TW employee that's on the cable mailing list only said, "It is a new trial and product we are looking at with UT."

Not very definitive, but it will be very cool if they actually do have old games available. I may have to hook up my VCR to the cable box yet.

Its going to have old games on demand. Mostly basketball, but some football as well. From what I've heard, they're still trying to work out some rights issues.

ha...nope, not at all. Its actually rights issues with the channels themselves. Games seen on ABC, NBC, etc can't be on there until the networks release them. Hopefully they can get it worked out b/c it sounds like a great idea.
