Beverly Hills 90210 is Coming Back to TV (CW) ... Sort of

I want Kelly & Tiffany Amber Thiesen's (sp?) characters back and maybe the half asian girl who's on Brooke Shields' new show. Other than, just some of the incidental tramps would be nice. NONE of the guys por favor.

(I was an extra on 4 episodes of that show.

i'm pretty sure all of the original cast are looking for work right now. maybe they should just make it the beverly hills 90210, five years after college edition where they all live with their parents, lease bmw's and do blow at nightclubs six months after they stopped being cool.

I'd like to see Ian Ziering come back to be a "Wooderson" type character who hits all the high school parties in his Corvette and nails 17yo ***.

****, Dylan's grandchildren should be at West Beverly High by now, as old as he is.

I bet Andrea Zuckerman is the journalism teacher there, overseeing "The Blaze."

Nat and the ******* Peach Pit better still be around. Or did that close down during the show?

I started reading this thread just now and I TOTALLY agreed with the 3rd post. Then I looked to see who I agree with so much...NAPOLEON!!

Then I checked the date to see if I made a drunk post on Friday night/ Saturday morning after the booze cruise I went on... and thankfully I posted that 2 months ago. I'm not completely losing my mind. (NOTE: "Losing" is spelled with 1 "o"
.)

Name dropper ALERT!!!

A good friend of mine is married to Tiffany Theissen (now it's Smith) and unfortunately, I can confirm that she is not planning on doing the new show.

Man, it seems like they really are making a push for some of the old characters. Either that or some haven't been working on network projects recently. Anyway, according to wiki (take it for what it's worth):

Wow. Well they might as well not even call this a spinoff anymore. Just a continuation of the old show. Looks like someone else is close to being on board ..................... The Link

I would be really annoyed if I was going to work at a start-up company and the investors required that someone that I had a long history of hating was brought on after me, but before we started. Especially if I was seen and the more important asset.

When you are on a show like this, production runs 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week. There's lots of sitting around not doing anything but hanging out with the other actors... or not
hanging out with them. Feeling like you need to go back to your trailer the entire time you're not shooting is like being told to "Go to your room" over and over.

Yes, it beats actual work, and there will be many times when they are not on set at the same time. But so many shows have such a great camaraderie, it would suck to think that you were going to have that and then find out that your going to have Debbie Downer Walsh (or worse) stinking up the place for the next 3 to 5 years (or more) of your life.

PS- I hope the new girls are hot!
