With the question marks about the O line this year, and the fact that the O needs to increase production now, Hudson would be a good take at this time.

Top 5 talent is hard to overlook. I think recruiting top defense is easier for Strong, so if forced, I'd take 5* offense if I had to choose.

There are three (3) Top 50 offensive players from Texas in the 2017 rankings (247 composite) and they have already committed elsewhere.

I hope so. We've had two top notch recruiting classes with lot of talent. But, looking back on what some of the 2017 recruits are saying, they like UT and Strong, but it's time for us to "show them something" in the way of wins this year. Another sub .500 or a break even and bowl loss, I don't think will set too well with many of the top recruits.
