At the bottom of this article has a breakdown of the best (tradition, uniforms, facilities, academics, etc.) of each conference. How did CU get best unis?

They did rate Colorado's uniforms best in the Big XII, but they listed 12 categories and had Texas winning 5 out of the 12, including best place to get players into the pros.
