Best way to ship a ~4lb package to Canada?

I am shipping something that I sold on ebay to Canada. It weighs about 3-5 pounds. Any ideas on the cheapest way? UPS or USPS?

Don't ship it UPS. They screw over Canadian buyers royally with over the top 'brokerage fees' for things that don't even have duty etc; - huge ripoff for the buyer. I recommend regular mail or FedEx.

Yes. Use USPS. I send/receive some stuff from Canada from up here in Permafrostville. Best prices/service.

If it is something you need to track don't use USPS, since there is no continuous tracking system between the two governments. It is much cheaper to use USPS, but if it gets lost in Canada, there is no way to find it.
